Rudy Giuliani: Trump team has a ‘mountain’ of evidence, and you ain’t seen nothing yet

The Trump legal team has a “mountain” of evidence showing voting fraud that the public has yet to see and could tilt the election away from President-elect Joe Biden, according to Rudy Giuliani.

Reveling in what he billed a successful hearing in Pennsylvania on Wednesday, the personal lawyer to President Trump told Fox Business host Lou Dobbs the Republican state senators in attendance “seemed to be very impressed with the evidence” the legal team presented.

The team has faced several setbacks and losses across multiple key battleground states in the three weeks since the election, but Giuliani stressed this was the group’s first real opportunity to present its evidence, claiming the media and judges are “suppressing it.”

“They don’t want the American people to hear the evidence of fraud. … We have a mountain of evidence. We only put out a small amount of it as representative of what we have,” Giuliani said.

As Giuliani would tell it, there was a “massive fraud” in which people were threatened out of voting for Trump and the actual vote count was inflated by hundreds of thousands of ballots. During the hearing, lawmakers heard from witnesses who made claims about what they view to be irregularities, and Trump himself phoned in to claim he won the election by a lot.

Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar dubbed the allegations “tired conspiracy theories” that have been “debunked and dismissed by the courts,” according to ABC News.

Time is running out for the Trump legal team, as states are certifying their votes ahead of an Electoral College meeting in mid-December. As it stands now, Biden has 306 Electoral College votes, and Trump has 232. More than one state would have to flip for Trump to emerge victorious. Armed with affidavits and witnesses, the Trump legal team and its allies have its sights set on other battleground states, including Georgia as well as Nevada, where Trump officials said a judge set a Dec. 3 hearing date for them to present evidence of fraud and irregularities.

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf signed off on the certification of Biden as the winner of his state and its 20 electoral votes on Tuesday, but a Pennsylvania appeals court judge ordered state officials on Wednesday not to take any more steps toward certification as part of a separate lawsuit brought by Republican Rep. Mike Kelly and others trying to invalidate all mail-in ballots that were mostly cast by Democrats. Wolf’s administration asked the state Supreme Court to intervene.

Giuliani argued that Pennsylvania would be “committing perjury” with the certification of the election results as they stand and said the state’s Legislature could decertify the results and pick Trump as the winner.
